Job Details - Primary SEN Teaching Assistant

  • Primary SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Opportunities to work in EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Supporting the class teacher with daily tasks
  • Working 1:1 or in small groups with children with SEN
  • Supporting a variety of Special Educational Needs, including Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia
  • Long term and full-time role - until at least July 2025
  • Ā£85 - Ā£100 per day (depending on experience)
  • Located in inner London Borough of Newham

Person Specification - Primary SEN Teaching Assistant

  • Strong academics across the board - Degree, A levels & GCSEs
  • Good understanding of SEN is required
  • Experience in a previous role, or personal experience with SEN, would be ideal
  • Passionate about supporting children with SEN
  • Calm and compassionate nature
  • Ability to demonstrate patience and sensitivity
  • You MUST be able to commit until at least July 2025
