Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1:1 support to a child with ASD, helping them to access the curriculum and thrive in the classroom.
- Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored strategies and interventions.
- Encouraging social interaction and promoting a positive learning experience.
- Supporting the child's emotional well-being and development.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role or supporting children with SEN is highly desirable.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to working with children.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both children and staff.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
