This primary school in Redbridge is on the central line, so easy to get to. Due to an increase in pupil numbers, the school requires a Learning Support Assistant to work with a Year 6 pupil with severe ADHD. This is a large school which caters for diverse learning needs as well as pupils from a variety of ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Staff work well together to promote a harmonious learning environment where all pupils have the opportunity to reach their full potential.About your role as the SEN TA in Year 6

As part of your role, you will support the pupil with their learning and care whilst in school. As well as developing and delivering personalised learning, you will work with colleagues to support this pupil in their daily routine. A tailored approach to the individual child ensures that every student can reach their full potential in a caring and safe environment. What you'll need to succeed

  • Level 3 qualification working with SEN pupils
  • Understanding of the Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
  • Experience of working with pupils with ADHD
