Smart Teachers are recruiting for a SEN Learning Support Assistant to support a child in reception who has Autism and needs support with communication and accessing the national curriculum
About the role- 1:1 support in a reception class, child has Autism and lacks basic communication skills
- Child needs support with speech and language
- Will run intervention sessions focused on phonics
- Role starts at the end of January and will be until the end of the academic year
- 2 form entry primary school in Primary School in Fulham
- SENCO in the school is supportive and offers additional training to support with your role
- School caters for a diverse cohort of pupils who come from a number of different backgrounds
- Located close to excellent transport links
To be considered for the role of SEN Learning Support Assistant you will:
- Have experience with pre verbal communication
- Have experience with phonics
- Have an understanding of Autism/SEN
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Have experience supporting children with SEN
