The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work across Year 2 and Year 3 classes, providing tailored support to children with additional needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant difference in a child's learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support for children with SEN.
- Assisting class teachers with planning and adapting activities to meet individual needs.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
- Supporting the social and emotional development of children.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN in a primary school setting.
- A patient, nurturing, and empathetic approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
