Responsibilities:
- Keeping up to date with safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
- Know learners have likes, preferences, motivators and how to engage positively and actively communicate with them
- Train in and consistently use positive behaviour support strategies
- Be willing to alter your own behavioural style to better suit individual needs and encourage learner engagement
- Actively consider using a range of appropriate, motivating, age respectfulness resources
