SEN Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start
Location: Wimbledon, London
Hours: Full-Time (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
Pay: £85 - £90 per day PAYE
We’re looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join a welcoming school in Wimbledon, supporting children and young adults aged 3-19 with autism (ASD), profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), and complex care needs.
Your Role:- Provide 1:1 or small group support in lessons and activities.
- Assist with personalized learning plans in collaboration with teachers.
- Support students with personal care
- Help manage behaviour with positive reinforcement.
- Track and celebrate student progress, adjusting support as needed.
- Experience with SEN (ASD, PMLD, or complex needs)Â
- A caring, patient, and empathetic attitude.
- Willingness to help with personal care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A flexible and positive approach to student needs.
