Role Highlights for an SEN Teaching Assistant:

Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:
  • Support pupils with SEN, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and behavioural needs, either 1:1 or in small groups.

  • Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Assist in delivering tailored activities that promote learning and development.
What We're Looking for in an SEN Teaching Assistant:
