About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN, including SEMH, both one-on-one and in group settings.
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and adapting resources to meet student needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere to help students thrive academically and emotionally.
- Build strong relationships with students to boost their confidence and independence.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in SEMH or SEN settings is beneficial.
- A sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

- Patience, empathy, and a dedication to helping students achieve their goals.
