Contract: Flexible, Daily Supply & Short-Term Roles

Schedule: Term Time Only (Monday-Friday)

Pay: £95+ per day

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to support our client schools in South East London.

About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Work on a flexible, day-to-day basis in local schools.
  • Support children with diverse SEN needs, including Autism, Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH), Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), and Learning Difficulties.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to create a nurturing learning environment.
  • Adapt your approach to suit individual needs and help children achieve their potential.

Requirements: Our ideal Supply SEN Teaching Assistant will:

  • Have experience or qualifications in supporting children with SEN.
  • Possess recent experience in a school setting.
  • Hold a current Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
  • Be adaptable, proactive, and ready to step into new roles confidently.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK.
