SEN Teaching Assistant – Wood Green - £95-115 per day – Immediate Start

Vision Teaching are currently working with a mainstream primary school in Wood Green who are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who has previously worked a child with Down Syndrome. This will be a full-time position, with the working hours being from 08:15 until 15:45, Monday to Friday, term-time only.

This role will be an immediate start, and will likely roll over into the next academic year.

SEN Teaching Assistant

This role is with an OFSTED rated “Outstanding” primary school in Wood Green, who provide education to children aged between 3 and 11. The school are currently progressing towards obtaining an “Outstanding” rating in their next inspection. The school offer street parking for drivers, as well as offering fantastic transport links, with stations being within a 10 minute walk of the school.

SEN Teaching Assistant

This role will be working in a 1:1 capacity with a Year 4 pupil with Down Syndrome. This SEN Teaching Assistant role will begin ASAP and will likely continue until the end of the academic year. Within the classroom, there is a group of 24 children, and currently have an additional classroom SEN Teaching Assistant supporting the Class Teacher.

The school are not able to offer sponsorship for this, so the successful applicant will be required to be UK based, and have a valid enhanced DBS subscribed to the Update Service.
