About the role:

Clarus Education is working with Specialist settings across London who are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to start asap. The schools are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with a range if SEN needs, including;

- Autism

- Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs

- Speech, Language and Communication Needs

- Learning Difficulties

- Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs

Our ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will:

  • Have experience or qualification of supporting children with SEN
  • Have relevant and recent experience within a school setting
  • Have a current Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service or be willing to complete a new one
  • Be flexible and adaptable
  • Be creative & proactive in approach to learning
  • Carry out duties as directed by the class teacher
  • Good team player who can make an impact on the outcome of the children’s learning
  • Have the right to work in the UK

Successful Applicants will be subject to references and an up-to-date DBS with update service or be willing to apply for a new DBS.
