About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant in a mainstream school, your role will involve working 1:1 with children who have SEN. You'll support them in achieving their targets within a primary school setting. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll need to be adaptable, empathetic, and committed to creating an inclusive environment for children with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, and more.

Responsibilities as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

- Work closely with other teachers and professionals to create tailored learning plans.
- Provide direct support to children with high needs, including those with ASD, ADHD, and communication needs.
Key Requirements:
- Experience supporting children.
- A passion for working with children with additional needs, especially ASD, ADHD.
- Strong communication skills.
- A patient approach to supporting children's needs.
- DBS Check required (We can assist with this).
