About the role:
- Work 1:1 as an SEN Teaching Assistant, supporting a child in EYFS.
- Help the child access learning and develop key skills in a nurturing environment.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and SEN professionals to create tailored support plans.
- Play a key role in fostering the child's confidence and independence.
Requirements:
- Ideally, previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role.
- A Level 3 childcare qualification is highly desirable.
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting young learners.
- Commitment to promoting inclusion and helping every child succeed.
