Job Title: Support Staff Member for Y1 Student with SEMH

Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced support staff member to work with a Year 1 student who has Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This student exhibits challenging physical behaviour and requires toileting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to the student throughout the school day.
- Implement strategies to manage and improve the student's behaviour.
- Assist with personal care needs, including toileting.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviours in a calm and effective manner.
- Compassionate and patient approach.
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare.
