Job Title: Support Staff Member for Y1 Student with SEMH

Location: East London, Hackney

Start Date: After Easter

Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced support staff member to work with a Year 1 student who has Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This student exhibits challenging physical behaviour and requires toileting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to the student throughout the school day.
  • Implement strategies to manage and improve the student's behaviour.
  • Assist with personal care needs, including toileting.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive environment.

Requirements:
