This role requires a patient, understanding, and proactive individual with significant experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN).The successful applicant will also demonstrate excellent communication skills, working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide the best possible support for the student.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to a Year 4 boy with autism, adapting teaching methods to suit his specific learning needs.
  • Develop and implement individualised learning plans in collaboration with the class teacher and SENCO.
