Your new school

This Redbridge primary school is a large, oversubscribed school with an easy commute using the Central Line and caters for pupils from a variety of ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Staff work well together to promote a harmonious learning environment where all pupils are given the opportunity to reach their full potential.

About your role

You will be required to support a Year 5 pupil with ADHD. As part of your role, you will support this pupil with their learning and care whilst in school. As well as developing and delivering personalised learning, you will work with colleagues to support this pupil in their daily routine. A tailored approach to the individual child ensures that every student can reach their full potential in a caring and safe environment.

What you need to succeed:

  • Level 3 qualification working with SEN pupils
  • Understanding of the Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
  • Experience of working with pupils with ADHD on a one-to-one basis
