Job Description:
The 1:1 Behaviour Teaching Assistant provides dedicated support to a student with specific behavioural needs, promoting positive behaviour, enhancing learning, and facilitating social interactions in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities as a 1:1 Behaviour Teaching Assistant:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioural and educational needs.
- Assist with task comprehension and engagement during lessons.
- Implement behaviour management strategies from the Individual Education Plan (IEP).
- Monitor and record behaviour, providing feedback to staff.
- Collaborate with teachers to adapt lesson plans.
- Support social skills development and positive peer interactions.
- Offer emotional support and promote self-regulation.
- Maintain records of progress and behaviour incidents.
- Participate in training for behaviour management and special educational needs.
