Pay: £269.38 Per Day Umbrella

What You'll Do:

  • Champion Change: Lead and support schools in improving teaching and learning standards for pupils with SEN.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide strategic direction and hands-on support to schools, ensuring they deliver exceptional SEN education.
  • Innovate and Inspire: Collaborate with educators to develop and implement innovative SEN strategies.
  • Impactful Training: Deliver high-quality training and professional development for school staff.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEN provision, driving continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experienced SEN Professional: Proven experience in SEN teaching or coordination.
  • Inspirational Leader: Ability to motivate and inspire school staff to achieve excellence.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills to develop and implement effective SEN strategies.
  • Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with schools and stakeholders.
  • Dedicated Advocate: Passionate about improving educational outcomes for students with SEN.
