You will work with Key Stage 4 and 5 students, as well as BTEC Art students, providing them with a safe, nurturing environment to explore their creative potential and overcome personal challenges.
What we are looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience working with SEMH students or in a PRU setting is highly desirable.
Strong subject knowledge in Art & Design, with the ability to teach across KS4, KS5, and BTEC Art.
A creative, flexible approach to teaching that adapts to the emotional and behavioural needs of students.
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
