This amazing school based in Peckham is looking to appoint a Special Needs Teacher for January start. They cater for young people with severe and profound leaning needs.

They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Needs Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a tailored and engaging curriculum to young learners with severe learning difficulties and complex needs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s educational and social development.

The class group is a mixed Key Stage 7-9 and Key Stage 3 group, 8 students with 4 support staff for the class.

The desired Special Needs Teacher will have:

Experience of working with SEN pupils in a teaching environment.
A passion for the progress of SEN school pupils
An ability to work as part of a team and flexible approach to support this schools requirements.
Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
