About the role: Behaviour Mentor

  • Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN and SEMH needs, promoting positive behaviour
  • Work closely with class teachers to create and implement stimulating behaviour strategies that promote progress.
  • Deliver targeted interventions in small groups and 1:1 sessions to support social and emotional development.
