- Provide 1:1 support to students with SEN, focusing on ADHD and learning difficulties
- Assist in managing challenging behavior and implementing behavior management strategies
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to create individualized support plans for students
- Support students in their academic and social development within a mainstream secondary school setting
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in SEN support
