**Requirements:**
- Experience and knowledge of SEN, particularly (mild to severe) ADHD
- Previous experience with SEN, either personal or professional
- Experience with challenging behavior is advantageous
- Ability to work 1:1 with children with ADHD and learning difficulties
- Previous experience working 1:1 or in small groups with children
**Daily Duties:**
- Provide 1:1 support to students with SEN, focusing on ADHD and learning difficulties
- Assist in managing challenging behavior and implementing behavior management strategies
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to create individualized support plans for students
- Support students in their academic and social development within a mainstream secondary school setting
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
