Early Years Practitioner | Westminster, W2 | Full Time | Long-Term to Perm | £90-£105 | ASAP Start

Are you passionate about Early Years education and eager to make a real difference in children's lives? LTF Recruitment are looking for three dedicated and qualified Early Years Practitioners to join the outstanding team of our partner school in Westminster, working with children aged 2-5 years, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The school are eager to expand their team with practitioners who are motivated, passionate, and experienced in supporting young learners, including those with SEN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively with children aged 2-5 years, supporting their learning and development.
  • Act as a key worker for an identified group of children, fostering positive relationships with both pupils and parents.
  • Assist the Class Teacher in preparing the classroom and delivering lessons.
  • Support children with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met through tailored interventions.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for all children.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Early Years Qualification Level 3 or above is essential.
  • Experience working with young children, ideally in a nursery or EYFS setting.
  • Knowledge of strategies to support children with SEN.
  • Passionate about early childhood education and creating a positive impact.
