We are currently recruiting for an English Teacher to work full time at a special needs school based in West London. This special needs school create vibrant and safe learning communities where each learner can thrive. Working in smaller classrooms helps to encourage learner engagement and ensures each learner can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
- Plan and teach high quality English lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4
- Know how autism can create barriers to learning and how to overcome them
- Know how to manage classroom behaviour and keep the class engaged
