Minimum Requirements: 
•    Qualified Teacher Status 
•    Having previous special school or base experience is an advantage. 
•    We are looking for someone who is Passionate about SEN education and making learning meaningful for all pupils Compassionate and empathetic, putting pupils' individual needs first A collaborative team player, working closely with multidisciplinary specialists 
•    Committed to lifelong learning and looking for professional development 
•    Resilient and adaptable, ready for both challenges and rewards 
•    Dedicated to celebrating student progress, however big or small 
•    Willing to go the extra mile

We are dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment. You will have a safeguarding responsibility if appointed.
The successful candidate will be subject to enhanced clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service and employment will be subject to references.
