We are a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) school committed to providing exceptional education and support to students with diverse learning needs. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Leader to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our school.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management:Provide strategic leadership and management to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning across the school.
  • Curriculum Development:Lead the development and implementation of a tailored curriculum that meets the needs of all students, with a focus on your subject specialism.
  • Staff Development:Mentor and support teaching staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development and collaboration.
  • Student Support:Oversee the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and ensure all students receive the support they need to succeed.

Requirements:
