Position Overview:

They are seeking a Full-time PPA Teacher to join our passionate team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality education to students with diverse needs, including Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our students, providing them with the education and support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

路 Deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with MLD, SLCN, and ASD.

路 Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters the academic, social, and emotional development of students.

路 Collaborate with the school's multidisciplinary team, including special education staff and therapists, to design and implement individualized education plans.

路 Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

路 Foster strong partnerships with parents, guardians, and caregivers to promote communication and collaboration in the students' education.

Qualifications and Requirements:

路 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.

路 Experience working with students who have special educational needs, particularly those with MLD, SLCN, and ASD.
