GSL Education is actively seeking a passionate SEN Teacher to join an exceptional school in Hammersmith and Fulham from September 2024. If you are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), this opportunity could be your perfect match.
Position Overview: As an SEN Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and educating students who require additional support. You’ll be responsible for creating and implementing tailored learning plans, helping each student overcome barriers and achieve their educational goals.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with Challenging Behaviour: Proven ability to manage and support students with challenging behaviour, ideally within a SEN school setting.
- Specialist Knowledge: Experience in delivering differentiated learning for students with a range of SEN.
- Resilience and Creativity: The capacity to stay calm under pressure and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse needs.
- Collaborative Approach: Ability to work closely with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support student progress.
Location: Hammersmith and Fulham
Salary: £145 to £230 per day
Employment Type: Contract/Long Term
Start Date: September 2024
