Responsibilities:
- Able to manage behavioural problems using positive reinforcement
- ability to adapt teaching styles to better suit each pupil's learning needs
- be responsible for keeping up to date with safeguarding/health and safety policies
- Value and use differences and diversities in learning support
- Actively consider using a range of appropriate, motivating, age respectfulness resources.
Person Specification:
- Emotional and physical resilience
- Willing to work with and have knowledge about individuals with autism and learning disabilities
- Interest in or knowledge of autism
