Responsibilities:
- Innovative style of teaching, motivated by helping every pupil to reach their potential
- Willingness to lead on a curriculum area(s), and contribute to a lively and stimulating environment
- To secure high quality teaching through effective use of resources and planning
- To supervise, develop and manage Teaching Assistants relevant to their responsibilities
Personal Attributes:
- Have knowledge about autism and learning disabilities
- Have a calm and problem solving attitude
- Have SEN Teacher experience
- Good appreciation of health and safety in the workplace, data protection principles and equal opportunities
