Position Overview

  • Role: SEN Teacher (Primary or Secondary)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs.
  • Support students with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs, fostering their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and support staff, to create and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
  • Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages student confidence and learning.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to student development.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior.
