We are currently seeking a talented SEN Teacher to join their exceptional team. Whether your expertise lies in Primary or Secondary education, this role offers the opportunity to work with students with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs.

Position Overview

• Role: SEN Teacher (Primary or Secondary)
• Start Date: January 2025
• Contract: Temporary until the end of the academic year, with the potential for a permanent contract by Easter 2025 or in June 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs.
• Support students with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs, fostering their growth and development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and support staff, to create and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages student confidence and learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to student development.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior.
