About the Role:

A well-established Alternative Provision in Tower Hamlets is seeking an experienced Secondary SEN Teacher to support vulnerable students who require a more tailored educational approach. The role focuses on helping students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and other learning difficulties to achieve academic and personal development success.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to secondary-aged students with complex learning needs.
  • Work closely with pastoral teams, parents, and external professionals to support student progress.
  • Implement behaviour support strategies to create a positive and structured learning environment.
Requirements:
