SEN Teacher - Full Time - September Start - West London - Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher to work full time at a special needs school based in West London. This special needs school support the lives of young autistic individuals by ensuring a safe and happy learning environment, working in smaller classrooms where each learner can unlock their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
• Adapt teaching style to meet the personalised needs of each individual
• Know how autism can create barriers to learning and how to overcome them
• Plan and teach high quality lessons across Key Stage 1 and 2
• Ability to manage classroom management
