Teach Plus are currently working with a mainstream primary school in Hillingdon seeking an SEN Teacher to start as soon as possible. This school believe in the power of inclusive education. We are seeking a dynamic SEN Teacher who is ready to inspire and support our students on their learning journeys.

As a SEN Teacher you will be required to:

• Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and growth.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and external agencies to support student development.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.

The ideal candidate for a SEN Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialisation in Special Educational Needs.
• A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to inclusive education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and differentiated learning experiences.
