Teach 360 is working with a special free school located in Newham Currently, they are looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their excellent staffing team on a full-time basis starting in January.

  • SEN Teacher who is passionate about working with students who have Sen needs
  • SEN Teacher who has either a PGCE or QTS
  • SEN Teacher who is available for a full-time role starting January 2025

The role - SEN Teacher -Newham

  • Plans and teaches lessons to small groups and individual students, as well as working with small groups of students
  • Writing reports and taking attendance, preparing teaching materials, and taking registers
  • Encourage students to learn and to develop confidence by helping them develop independence and self-confidence
  • Managing behaviour, marking work, and keeping parents and carers informed about the progress their children are making
  • Assist specialist teaching services, medical personnel, counsellors, and psychologists with the provision of education
  • Organise educational trips, attend workshops and provide training to other teaching staff on special educational needs issues on a regular basis
