Teacher - Position Overview:

We are seeking a committed Teacher to join our partnered specialist school on a supply or full-time basis. You will work with students who have a mixture of special needs, delivering creative and tailored lessons to help them thrive academically and personally.

Teacher - Key Details:

  • Location: South London
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience (£175-£240 per day)
  • ASAP Start - Supply or Full-time positions
  • Primary & Secondary Year groups

Teacher - Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of SEMH learners.
  • Support students in achieving their academic and personal development goals.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes resilience and self-esteem.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider staff team, including therapists and support staff, to provide a holistic approach to learning.

Who We're Looking For:

We welcome applications from qualified and unqualified SEN Teachers, as well as mainstream teachers with a strong interest in working with students with additional needs. Additionally, we are always looking for HLTAs and Cover Supervisors.

Essential Requirements- Teacher:

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with students with SEN or SEMH needs (desirable but not essential).
  • A creative and adaptable approach to teaching, with a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
