An outstanding secondary special school in Ealing for pupils who have complex disabilities, including profound and multiple learning and physical disabilities, severe learning difficulties, and complex autism are seeking a qualified teacher to join them ASAP. It’s a full time, term time role with a view of becoming permanent for the right applicant.

The Senior Leaders are looking for a committed, excellent teacher who teaches through a joyful and playful approach and is committed to a non-punitive and gentle approach to behaviour support.
You will also:

- Be able to work both independently and as a part of a larger team.
- Have had experience in managing working with and directing Teaching assistants

- Have a willingness to develop and improve
You must be happy to teach students with a variety of complex disabilities including students with profound and multiple learning disabilities, complex severe learning disabilities with and without autism.
To be successful, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- SEN Teaching experience (highly desirable)
- UK teaching experience
- Enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service
- Good to outstanding teaching practice
- Good knowledge of SEN practices
