Job Description:We are looking for enthusiastic and qualified SEN Tutors with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to support students with a range of special educational needs. You will work closely with students, families, and support staff to create individualised learning plans and deliver high-quality instruction that caters to the unique learning styles and needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN.
  • Develop and implement tailored educational plans that meet the needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student learning.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
  • Create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for all students.

Requirements:

  • Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of SEN-related strategies and interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed.
