The Role:

As SENCo, you will play a vital leadership role in the school, overseeing the provision for students with special educational needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SEN provision within the SEMH school.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SEN and leadership, ideally within an SEMH or SEN school setting.
• Relevant SEN qualifications.
• Strong understanding of SEMH needs and strategies to support students with complex emotional and behavioural challenges.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for an immediate start.
