We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEND Teacher to join our inclusive team at a Primary School based in Camberwell SE5. The successful candidate will support the diverse needs of our students, focusing on Special Educational Needs within a mainstream setting.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Specialization or experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Strong understanding of various learning needs and strategies to support individual students
- Effective communication and collaboration with students, colleagues, and parents
- Experience in differentiating instruction to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored lessons and interventions for students with SEN
- Collaborate with support staff and external professionals to provide targeted support
- Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Work closely with parents to ensure a collaborative approach to each student's learning journey
