We are seeking SEN Teachers with experience in Early Years to join our dedicated team at a leading SEN school in Lambeth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons for children with SEN, including Autism, communication difficulties, and developmental delays.
  • Use your expertise in early childhood development to foster a supportive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to support each child's individual learning journey.
  • Track and assess pupils' progress, adapting strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
  • Support personal, social, and emotional development, helping children build confidence and independence.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working in Early Years (either in SEN or mainstream settings).
  • A genuine passion for working with young children, including those with special educational needs.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
