As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, engaging with discerning customers, and representing a brand known for its craftsmanship and elegance.

• Provide expert guidance on luxury home décor and fragrances, ensuring a personalized client experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, fostering brand loyalty and repeat business.
• Drive sales by offering tailored recommendations and meeting performance targets.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Stay informed on product knowledge, fragrance compositions, and home styling trends.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless boutique operations.

• Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably within homeware, fragrances, or lifestyle brands.
• Passion for high-end home décor and perfumery, with strong product knowledge.
• Proven sales and client relationship-building skills.
• Ability to provide a personalized shopping experience and convey brand storytelling.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
