What's the role?
You'll be the go-to expert for international clients setting up and managing their UK operations. From tax and compliance to financial strategy, you'll work closely with key decision-makers to keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Partnering: Be the trusted advisor for international SMEs navigating UK tax and compliance.
Function Set-Up: Help clients establish and maintain their UK operations.
Tax & Compliance: Ensure everything's up to code with UK regulations.
C-Suite Collaboration: Provide high-level financial insights to senior stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with a practice background.
SME Experience: Proven track record working with international SMEs.
Hands-On: You're comfortable handling everything from compliance filings to strategic advice.
Client-Focused: Strong relationship-building skills and a service-driven mindset.
Great Communicator: Able to simplify complex issues for senior leaders.
