As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be at the forefront of delivering a luxury shopping experience, building lasting relationships, and representing one of the most iconic names in fashion.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized luxury experiences for high-net-worth clients, aligning with the brand’s ethos of sophistication and style.
• Build and maintain a strong client book, ensuring ongoing client loyalty and repeat business.
• Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding targets, contributing to the overall success of the boutique.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards, ensuring the boutique reflects the luxury and elegance of the brand.
• Offer expert advice on ladieswear fashion, including tailoring and styling, to provide clients with an elevated shopping experience.
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Client Advisor, Client Advisor, or similar role in luxury retail, particularly within ladieswear.
• A strong client book with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Deep passion for luxury fashion, with a keen understanding of ladieswear collections, styling, and tailoring for an elite clientele.
• Proven sales excellence, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive luxury environment.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering an unparalleled customer experience.
