Ribbons & Reeves are actively seeking a committed graduate to join a primary school based in Wandsworth with a high level of SLCN and ASD in the student body. The school are looking for an individual who has great communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills to support children in KS1 and KS2 with SAL difficulties.

Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist | The School
  • Highly committed to the safeguarding of children
  • Speech and Language therapists and SEN professionals will be on site periodically to lead students through interventions
  • Oversubscribed mainstream primary school with the capacity to support Aspiring Speech and Language Therapists
  • Training program included to improve SAL approaches

Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist | Job Summary
  • Assist with 1:1 and group interventions as an Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist
  • Support children in KS1 and KS2 with speech and language difficulties
  • An Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist will work to significantly improve stutters, apraxia of speech, dysarthria, selective mutism and speech delay
  • Use personalised SAL methods and strategies to accommodate each childs speech and language impediments
  • Full-time position working Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 3.30 pm - TERM TIME ONLY
  • Earn up to £510 per week on a PAYE basis as an Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist
