An exciting opportunity for a Principle Procurement Consultant working in the healthcare industry, with a focus on Procurement & Supply Chain Management.

Description

  • Leading and project managing client delivery savings projects
  • Supporting cost reduction opportunity assessments
  • Delivering outcomes for clients across the Procurement lifecycle
  • Produce project updates and reporting dashboards
  • Develop effective and delighted relationships with clients
  • Input to the development of the organisation including enhancement of internal methodologies and operations

Profile

  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, ideally with experience across multiple indirect categories.
  • Extensive Property/FM category knowledge is desired
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience of working in public sector regulations is an additional benefit.
  • Background of personally delivering actual saving outcomes across multiple spend areas
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a knack for building strong relationships with suppliers.
  • A thorough understanding of healthcare industry regulations and standards.
  • MCIPS or working towards MCIPS qualification

Job Offer

  • An estimated salary range of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum.
