Procurement Specialist  Location: London Length: 12 Months Rate: £32.21 p/h PAYE + (Approx. £66.9K per annum) Hours: 9am-6pm This client is a top 5 tech giant and owner of some of the world's most popular social media platforms and instant messaging apps, connecting billions of people across the globe.Job Description: The procurement specialist role supports procurement operations for the culinary org. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role ideally in a food service/tech company. Excellent communicator and experience dealing with XFN partners. Highly analytical and strategic thinker.Qualifications: A procurement qualification such as CIPS is desirable and proficiency in G suite.
  • Managing new product requests from the business.
  • Preparing and coordinate sampling sessions for our FTE chefs.
  • Managing cafe smallware’s and equipment requests.
  • Preparing category reviews and analysis reports.
  • Preparing market reports.
  • Coordinating purchasing vendor QBR feedback reports.
  • Providing training and support to CafePro users.
  • Carrying out all admin duties for the assigned category.
  • Communicating any changes to product or supplier information to business.
  • Implementing and maintain sustainable procurement practices.
  • Supporting XFN teams for any new cafe openings.
  • Actively tracking savings and cost mitigation.
  • Sourcing, negotiating, and managing cafe suppliers in accordance with our procurement SOPs.
  • Be a subject matter expert on CafePro and buy@.•
