Your expertise in graphic and motion design will be essential in crafting compelling marketing collateral, digital ads, and social media content while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.Using data-driven insights, you will fuel ideation, translating audience behaviour and market trends into visually engaging campaign concepts. You will also play an active role in client workshops and strategy sessions, advising on creative direction and supporting the commercial team in shaping innovative ideas that unlock brand potential.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality ad mock-ups and motion concepts to enhance commercial pitches and inspire campaign ideas.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to create visually compelling presentations that bring brand partnerships to life.
- Join client workshops and strategy sessions, offering creative expertise to align visual storytelling with brand objectives.
- Use data and insights to inform creative direction, ensuring campaigns resonate with target audiences.
- Ideate and execute social media and digital ad campaigns, optimizing for engagement and revenue growth.
- Create marketing collateral, motion graphics, and animation assets that support brand storytelling.
- Write compelling ad copy that complements visual narratives and enhances campaign messaging.
- Act as a guardian of the visual brand, ensuring consistency across all creative work.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven portfolio showcasing motion design, graphic design, and ad mock-ups for commercial pitches.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Experience in developing creative assets for advertising, marketing, and social media.
- Ability to interpret data and audience insights into innovative campaign ideas.
- Experience in joining client strategy sessions and workshops, providing creative input to enhance campaign impact.
- Strong conceptual thinking, with an ability to craft engaging brand narratives through visuals and motion.
