Head of Event Operations, Street Food / Pop Up Events, London, £40k - £45k + Bonus

Are you a real foodie with a passion for festivals and events? My client is a fun and TASTY street food business who are looking for a fantastic operator to join their team and head up the events department. The Head of Events will lead the team to deliver vibrant food experiences at festivals, markets, and corporate events.

We are looking for someone with a background of working with street food or pop ups, expert on logistics, and a keen eye for detail!

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & training of permanent and casual staff
  • Oversee event operations and logistics ensuring smooth execution
  • Client and supplier management
  • Maintain top hygiene and compliance standards at all events
  • P&L and financial reporting
  • Order management & stock control

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven event operations experience within food/beverage or hospitality
  • Street food / pop up experience is a MUST!
  • Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Experience managing budgets and controlling costs
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
